The Research Group of Mycorrhizal and Endophytic Fungi
The research group mainly works on Taxonomy, Molecular systematics, Diversity and Ecology of mycorrhizal and endophytic fungi. Particularly in the distribution pattern and maintenance mechanism of mycorrhizal and endophytic fungal diversity in natural ecosystems. Ectomycorrhizal fungal community structure of Fagaceae, Betulaceae and Pinaceae. Community assembly of mycorrhizal fungi along forest succession in ecosystems. The response mechanism of mycorrhizal and endophytic fungal community to global change in ecosystems. ContactState Key Laboratory of Mycology, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,
